DELAWARE 2025 CLIMATE ACTION PLAN.

Delaware has kicked off planning for the development of the 2025 Climate Action Plan. This is our chance to work together for a healthier environment!

What is the 2025 Climate Action Plan?

The 2025 Climate Action Plan will build off of the 2021 Climate Action Plan work that is underway to reduce emissions and increase resiliency. It will also include the state’s emission goals and other components of the 2023 Climate Change Solutions Act. Delaware’s Climate Action Plan guides state efforts to: Minimize greenhouse gas emissions, which drive the climate change we see today, and Maximize resilience to climate change impacts.

Why Do We Need a Climate Action Plan?

Climate change affects us all, leading to rising temperatures and extreme weather. A Climate Action Plan will help us set goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable practices. Your input is essential to making this plan effective.
